Ford Anglia Bulkhead Plate.
These Bulkhead Plates were used on vehicles before 1962.

Bulkhead Plate

 

The bulkhead plates are located inside the engine compartment on the right hand inner wing.
The following is an example of the bulkhead plate and the type of information shown.

Taking the example on the top plate shown above: TC / 809 AH / AP
This is broken down into two distinct parts.

TC / 809 AH / AP
The first part denotes the trim code used for the vehicle.
In this instance 809 = P.V.C in Rochford Grey and Kelvedon Grey

The second part denotes the paint code used for the vehicle.
In this instance a two colour car, AH = Sunburst Yellow / AP = Cirrus White

The first part denotes when the vehicle was produced.
