McGregor
produced a range of plastic injection moulded
cars in Mexico.
The McGregor Company produced various old
Politoys / Polistil castings for the local
market. The Anglia differed slightly from the
original Politoys one, in now having jeweled
headlights instead of the plastic inserts and
painted red lights. The model had also lost the
plastic wheels and now had spun metals ones.This version of the Anglia
was introduced into the McGregor range in 19**
The model is to approx 1:41st Scale.

Baseplate
The baseplate was also
amended slightly. It still had thePolistil/Politoys name,
model “No 35” and the words “Ford Anglia
Deluxe” but it had lost the “Made in
Italy” wording,
now being replaced by the McGregor logo and the words
“Hecho en Mexico”.
