Below is a photograph showing an Anglia sporting a Martin Walter conversion. Because of the design of the back, the seller had to stand outside the van and lean in through the large window to get into the fridges. Therefore the conversion was based on a left hand drive van to avoid the seller getting run over by passing traffic when alighting from the van.
Walls bought 363 of these conversions, but it is unknown how many were built for privateer companies.
